The specific services provided to a client will be determined by the applicable agreement, proposal, order, or other written arrangement between Koduri Marketing and the client.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website
• Introduce malicious code, software, or other harmful material
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without authorization

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where reasonably necessary.

Submitting a form or scheduling a consultation does not automatically create a client relationship or guarantee that Koduri Marketing will provide services.

Accordingly, we do not guarantee a specific number of leads, customers, sales, revenue, return on advertising spend, or other business result unless a specific written agreement expressly states otherwise.

Any examples, case studies, projections, illustrations, or statements regarding potential outcomes are provided for informational purposes and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future results.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary to perform the services.

Clients may also be responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information
• Providing access to relevant accounts and platforms
• Reviewing and approving materials when required
• Maintaining accurate pricing, offers, and business information
• Responding to leads in a timely manner
• Complying with laws and regulations applicable to their business
• Ensuring that claims made about their products or services are accurate and lawful

Koduri Marketing is not responsible for problems resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed information provided by a client.

Where our services involve third-party advertising platforms, including Google Ads, those platforms operate independently of Koduri Marketing.

Advertising accounts, campaigns, ads, keywords, targeting, policies, costs, approvals, suspensions, and platform availability may be affected by decisions or policies of the applicable platform.

We do not control third-party advertising platforms and cannot guarantee that an advertisement will be approved, displayed, or remain active.

When providing website services, the scope of work will be determined by the applicable agreement or proposal.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, website services do not automatically include ongoing hosting, maintenance, content creation, SEO, advertising management, or other services outside the agreed scope.

Where Koduri Marketing provides CRM or technology-related services, certain features may rely on third-party platforms.

Third-party outages, service changes, integrations, software updates, account restrictions, or technical issues may affect the availability or functionality of those services.

We will make reasonable efforts to address issues within our control but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms.

Fees, payment schedules, billing terms, and cancellation provisions will be established in the applicable proposal, agreement, invoice, or other written arrangement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients are responsible for paying all agreed fees when due.

Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Advertising spend paid to third-party advertising platforms may be separate from fees paid to Koduri Marketing.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Koduri Marketing retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, systems, processes, templates, methodologies, branding, software, and other intellectual property.

Client-specific materials created as part of a paid engagement will be governed by the applicable agreement.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit Koduri Marketing's proprietary materials without written permission.

Our services may use or integrate with third-party platforms and services.

These may include:

• Advertising platforms
• CRM systems
• Website hosting providers
• Scheduling platforms
• Email providers
• SMS providers
• Analytics platforms
• Payment processors
• Other technology providers

Koduri Marketing is not responsible for the independent actions, policies, outages, or terms of third-party providers.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to those providers' separate terms and policies.

By providing your contact information and, where applicable, giving the required consent, you agree that Koduri Marketing may contact you regarding your inquiries, appointments, services, and other communications related to your relationship with us.

SMS communications are marketing text messages about our Google Ads, website and CRM services, including tips, offers and updates. Up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the email.

Koduri Marketing operates an SMS messaging program to send marketing text messages about our Google Ads, website and CRM services, including tips, offers and updates about our services.

SMS consent is collected through an optional, unchecked checkbox on our forms. Providing SMS consent is not required to use our website, submit a form, schedule a consultation, or purchase any services, and is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency is up to 4 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact us directly to request that we stop sending SMS communications.

Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Koduri Marketing is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by your mobile carrier, network provider, or device.

We will use reasonable measures to protect confidential information provided to us in connection with our services.

• Information or materials you provide to us

• Your violation of third-party rights

We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services where reasonably necessary, including for violations of these Terms or failure to make required payments.

Termination of services does not eliminate obligations that accrued before termination.

Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms will be governed by the applicable laws identified in the agreement between Koduri Marketing and the applicable client.

For website use where no separate agreement applies, the governing law and venue will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
